Do you remember what you learned in that workshop?
Do you use any new procedures that you picked up at that workshop?
For me, the answers are:
YES, I found a binder.
NO, I don't remember what I learned
NO, I don't use many of those procedures.
I went to a training program recently that asked me to allow the trainer to visit me in my school. I thought, "Why not? I want help in making my classroom better."
The followup was in ever-longer intervals.
2 days after the training (which took place on Saturday)
a week after that first followup
two weeks after that
four weeks after that...
then a month later,
two months later and finally three months after that.
That's why it's called 2-7-14-30-60-90
